Our claims management platform is a state-of-the-art, web-based (browser accessible), end-to-end, fully automated claims management information system. It offers clients remote access to their claim data, enabling them to review adjuster notes and communicate electronically with our dedicated claim staff. Furthermore, our system maintains a true paperless environment. From the initial report of injury to recorded statements, videos, pictures, bills, and issued checks, all documentation is scanned into the system and available for client viewing.
